We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Hundred designs your shoes, rackets, and other gears to help you perform at your best level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Customers can return their order within 14 days with no additional charges after an order has been delivered, as long as the conditions below are followed.

Products must be returned in their original condition with the labels, wrapping and original packaging still attached. Any products purchased in a set must be returned as a set. Partial Returns of a set cannot be processed.

If the products that are received by Hundred are in non-original condition or do not follow the policies described here, you will be notified and the product will be held by the company for 14 days before being destroyed. If you require the returned product, you will need to pay for the return shipping back to you within 14 days from the date of notification.

Exceptions: In order to ensure you are getting products with the highest standard of hygiene and quality, we do NOT accept returns for certain items including:

  • Rackets with String/Grip customization/Racket Remix
  • Personalized T-Shirts
  • Socks
  • Wrist Bands
  • Towels
  • Shuttlecocks (Nylon or Feather)
  • Grips
  • Water Bottles
  • Insoles
  • Cricket Tennis Balls

If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by reaching out to us at malaysiahundred@gmail.com or by using our live chat on the website, this can only be done before the order has been shipped. Personalized T-Shirts cannot be cancelled once bought. If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you.
